Happy Birthday Baby Rhino! Today we went to the Bluebonnet Festival in Chapel Hill. Me and Chris had never been but on Friday Stephen and Mel told us they were going and invited us to go with them! Sarah, my sister, was able to come with us too! We had such a fun day eating all kinds of good stuff...corn dogs, funnel cakes, chicken on a stick, really bad tasting snow cones, homemade root beer, kettle corn, dip n dots, did I mention really really good corn dogs!! We also had fun watching Kyle Coop ride the Ferris Wheel and the Choo Choo Train. I didn't take any pictures all day and we didn't buy anything but food until we said goodbye to Stephen, Mel, Kyle Coop, and Baby Ry. We were do close but then we saw this framed Texas Flag and since we are moving to another STATE... we needed something of Texas to take with us.
So here are the only two pictures from the day, but I'm sure that if you wait a day or so you can check out Mel's blog... HERE!
As we were walking back to our car, we passed this guy sitting on the coolest wheelchair so, me and Sarah turned around and like a couple of dorks we took a 'sneak' picture of it!!
This is the cool picture that we bought. It is going to be hung in out 'study' aka second bedroom when we move. I think it will look awesome next to our gradation diplomas!!
